Street claim: bonds bought policy favours
After bond data dropped, citizens alleged that big buyers later got contracts, probes slowed, or policy smiles. Some investigative stories map timelines. Quid pro quo in each file still needs its own proof. Not automatic guilt by donation.
Democracy dies when money and policy look married. Bond data made the guest list public. That was the Court's gift to citizens.

Proof level: street claim / unverified as a blanket rule. Individual quid-pro-quo must be proven per case. Electoral bonds opacity is proven (struck down). Automatic favour trading is not.
