Proven: court order, CBI / ED / police charge sheet, NTA or commission notice, named newsroom with documents.
Not proven: anonymous PDF, WhatsApp forward, “guaranteed paper” seller, blurry screenshot with no date.
Do this: screenshot the official notice URL, keep your admit card, refuse paid “leak” groups, report sellers on cyber crime if money was taken.
Never: buy a paper, threaten invigilators, or spread names of students without proof.
