NEET-UG 2024 paper leak
Supreme Court said a paper leak happened (Hazaribagh and Patna). CBI probe followed. Court still refused a full re-test, saying it found no proof of a nationwide systemic breach at that stage.

The Supreme Court held that the leak was real in Hazaribagh and Patna. It said it did not have enough material, at that stage, to cancel the whole exam for every centre.
CBI investigation and arrests continued after the hearing. Students who prove they benefited from the leak can still lose seats. The trust damage for honest students remains.
