Satyendra Dubey
IIT graduate and NHAI project engineer who exposed corruption in the Golden Quadrilateral highway project. Murdered in 2003 after blowing the whistle.
Dubey wrote to the Prime Minister's Office about contractor corruption. He asked for identity protection. He was killed in Gaya.
His death forced a national conversation on whistleblower safety. Courage without protection is still courage. The state owed him better.
