Founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). One tweet on 16 May 2026, 'What if all cockroaches came together?', became a mass student sit-in at Jantar Mantar after NEET paper leaks. On 25 July 2026 Pradhan resigned under that pressure. Dipke's line after the win: do not make me a hero. Making one person a hero ruined the country.
It all started with one tweet. On 16 May 2026, the day after the Chief Justice compared jobless young Indians to cockroaches, Dipke posted on X: 'What if all cockroaches came together?' EL PAIS reports roughly 11,000 replies in the first 12 hours. He founded the satirical Cockroach Janta Party the same day, website built in a couple of hours with AI help, tagline 'Voice of the Lazy & Unemployed'. The name flipped the slur into a badge: stamped on, still alive.
Dipke is a 30-year-old political communications strategist and Boston University graduate, a Dalit from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and cites Ambedkar as his reference point.
From June 2026 the Jantar Mantar protest made paper-leak accountability a national street story. Sansad Chalo on 20 July met tear gas and lathi-charge. Dipke kept the demand simple when power offered courts talk without resignation: Pradhan must go, students must be heard. On 25 July Pradhan resigned. On 26 July CJP ended the sit-in after assurances on compensation and FIR relief. Dipke: this is just the beginning. Delivery is the next test.
Same day, after the win, he told supporters not to turn him into a personal hero. Times of India quotes him: 'Don't make me a hero because Dharmendra Pradhan resigned today. Don't make this mistake… The country has been ruined because of making one person a hero.' The jab is at one-man hero worship. Movement over personality. That is the opposite of andhbhakth politics.
Trishola lists him because students need a living face of peaceful pressure, not only old portraits. Courage in 2026 counts as patriotism too. And because he refused the hero trap when the cameras wanted one.
