Founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). Turned online satire into a mass student sit-in at Jantar Mantar after NEET paper leaks. On 25 July 2026, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned under that pressure. Dipke said the sit-in continues for compensation and crackdown accountability.
Dipke, a 30-year-old political communications strategist and Boston University graduate, launched CJP online on 16 May 2026 after the Chief Justice compared jobless young Indians to cockroaches. The name flipped the slur into a badge: stamped on, still alive. He is a Dalit from Aurangabad, Maharashtra, and cites Ambedkar as his reference point.
From June 2026 the Jantar Mantar protest made paper-leak accountability a national street story. Sansad Chalo on 20 July met tear gas and lathi-charge. Dipke kept the demand simple when power offered courts talk without resignation: Pradhan must go, students must be heard. On 25 July Pradhan resigned. Dipke celebrated and said two more demands remain.
